Drums or ISO tanks; COA & MSDS with every shipment.
Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI-80/20, CAS 26471-62-5) is a high-purity aromatic isocyanate — an 80:20 blend of the 2,4- and 2,6-toluene diisocyanate isomers. As the workhorse "B-component" for flexible polyurethane foam, it reacts with polyols to make slabstock and moulded foam for furniture, mattresses and automotive seating, and is also used in coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE). It is a clear, colourless to pale-yellow liquid with a TDI content of ≥ 99.5% and an NCO content around 48.2%.

Packaging, Storage & Handling
Packaging 250 kg net iron drums or ISO tanks; palletised for export. Bulk on request.
Storage Keep sealed under dry nitrogen in a cool, dry place. Reacts with water; protect from moisture and humidity. Avoid temperatures below the freezing point (re-melt gently & homogenise if crystallised).
Handling & Safety TDI is a respiratory sensitiser. Use only with adequate ventilation, vapour control and full PPE; avoid inhalation, eye and skin contact. Follow the SDS — full MSDS supplied with every order.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is TDI-80/20?An 80:20 blend of the 2,4- and 2,6-toluene diisocyanate isomers (CAS 26471-62-5) — the standard isocyanate for flexible polyurethane foam.
What is it used for?Mainly flexible slabstock and moulded foam for furniture, mattresses, pillows and automotive seating, plus coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE).
TDI or MDI — which should I use?TDI is the standard for flexible foam and many CASE applications; MDI suits rigid foam, sandwich panels and elastomers. We supply both and can advise on your process.
How is it shipped and stored? In sealed iron drums or ISO tanks under dry conditions. TDI reacts with moisture and is a respiratory sensitiser — follow the SDS and use proper ventilation and PPE.
