SPC-1009 fully-formulated polyol for high-resilience (HR) flexible foam. Ball rebound >=45%, density 40-45 kg/m3, 25% IFD >=120 N, comfort factor >=2.8, compression set <=8%. Cold-cure cast for car & motorcycle seats, sofa cushions, mattresses and medical cushions. Supplied with matched isocyanate, TDS and MSDS.

SPC-1009 is a fully-formulated polyol for high-resilience (HR) flexible foam. HR foam combines high resilience and high compression load with excellent mechanical properties, a comfortable feel and good air permeability. Moulded in a single cold-cure casting step — fast cycles, high yield and low energy cost — it is the go-to material for seating and bedding: car & motorcycle seats, sofa cushions, mattresses, massage & medical cushions and rehabilitation equipment.
