We have run our own polyurethane raw-material plant in Wuxi since 2010, with in-house chemical engineers who formulate and blend the systems we sell. That is why we can change a formulation for your line instead of telling you what is in stock.
Because we blend every component ourselves — polyol, catalyst, silicone surfactant and additives — the same core chemistry covers everything from a 5-second-rebound earplug to a slow-contouring memory pillow. Buyers from around the world visit the plant to audit it before they qualify us.
