SPC-8025 is a two-component MDI-based polyurethane foam system developed specifically for making foam earplugs. Pre-mixed with foaming agent, it offers a wide processing window and a rebound (recovery) time adjustable from 5 to 80 seconds — the slow, controlled expansion that lets an earplug be rolled down, inserted, then expand to seal the ear canal for comfortable, effective noise isolation. Soft yet strong, skin-friendly and easy to colour.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the rebound time and why does it matter? It is the time the foam takes to expand back after being compressed — adjustable from 5 to 80 s. A slower rebound lets the user roll the plug down, insert it, then let it expand to seal the ear canal.
Is SPC-8025 a finished earplug or a raw material? It is a two-component raw-material system (polyol + MDI isocyanate). Mixed and moulded, it produces finished foam earplugs.
What is the mixing ratio?SPC-A8025 : SPC-B8025 = 100 : 50 by weight, with hose / primary heat around 45–60 °C.
Can it be made in colours and different sizes?Yes — it moulds in bright colours and a range of ear-canal sizes and shapes, corded or uncorded.
