SPC-1015 fully-formulated slow-recovery (viscoelastic / memory foam) polyol for pillows, mattresses and toppers. Temperature-sensitive pressure relief, free-rise density 21-35 kg/m3, machine washable to 60C, tunable soft-to-firm consistency. Supplied with matched isocyanate, TDS and MSDS.

SPC-1015 is a fully-formulated slow-recovery (viscoelastic / memory foam) polyol for pillows, mattresses and toppers. This temperature-sensitive "intelligent" foam softens with body heat and slowly conforms to your shape for optimum pressure relief, then slowly recovers. Consistency can be finely tuned — soft or firm, flexible or slow — with high air permeability and good breathability. The cured foam is even machine-washable up to 60 °C without losing its properties.
