Cast PU elastomer for coated dumbbells and gym weights — tough, non-marking and impact-resistant.

Cast polyurethane elastomer raw material for encapsulating and coating dumbbells and gym weights. Poured over a cast-iron or steel core, the tough PU skin is non-marking, odorless and impact-quiet — far more durable and pleasant than rubber, with a smooth, attractive finish in any colour. Hardness, colour and surface texture are tuned to your product via prepolymer + chain-extender formulation.
