PU SR-081 slow-rebound polyol for moulding soft, colourful stress balls and squeeze toys — tunable rebound and hand-feel.

PU SR-081 is a fully-formulated slow-rebound (slow-recovery) polyol system for moulded stress balls and squeeze toys. Foamed with PU ISO 113 isocyanate, it produces soft, low-density toy foam with a pleasant hand-feel that slowly springs back when squeezed — ideal for colourful stress balls, emoji balls and squishy novelty toys. The rebound speed and softness are tunable simply by adjusting the mixing ratio.

Store sealed at 5–35 °C; the polyol absorbs moisture, so keep tightly sealed and store separately from isocyanate.
Handling & Safety
Avoid eye/skin contact. If splashed, wipe off and wash with soapy water. Mix thoroughly before use, especially after long storage. Full MSDS on request.
