Casting Processes

Centrifugal Casting
Preferred for roller covers — uniform density and wall thickness around the core.
Vacuum Casting
Void-free covers for precision printing and coating rollers.
Open-Mold Casting
For large-diameter or simple-geometry roller bodies.
Automated Casting
Compatible with PU casting machines and automated metering/dispensing.

Packaging, Storage & Handling

Packaging

Frequently Asked Questions

What hardness can you provide for roller covers?Shore A 60 up to Shore D 75, tuned via prepolymer NCO content and chain-extender ratio, with a tight Shore A ±2 tolerance across the diameter.
Polyether or polyester system?Polyether systems offer hydrolysis resistance for wet paper-mill environments; polyester systems offer higher mechanical strength and solvent resistance. We recommend based on your chemistry and environment.
Which casting process suits rollers?Centrifugal casting is preferred for uniform-density roller covers; vacuum casting gives void-free precision covers. We support both with matched equipment.
Can the formulation be customized?Yes. Hardness, chemistry resistance and processing characteristics are all customizable. OEM/ODM supported — request a TDS, MSDS and sample; we reply within 24 hours.
