High-Resilience Foam for Automotive Seats

PU-ZDHR040 is a fully-formulated high-resilience (HR) polyol system for moulded automotive seat foam — seat cushions, backrests, headrests and armrests. HR foam gives the firm, buoyant support and long fatigue life that vehicle seating demands, with good air permeability for all-day comfort. A two-component blended-polyol system (polyol + isocyanate) with stable, fast reactivity tuned for cold-cure moulded seat production.
