We have run our own polyurethane raw-material plant in Wuxi since 2010, with in-house chemical engineers who formulate and blend the systems we sell. That is why we can re-tune a rigid system for your mould and cycle time instead of telling you what is in stock.
Because we blend every component ourselves — polyol, catalyst, silicone surfactant and flame retardant — we can offer both the cyclopentane and water-blown routes from the same plant. So when your market phases a blowing agent down, you switch route without changing supplier.
