PU-POLY1001A self-skinning (integral-skin) polyol with PU-ISO115 for moulding leather-look armrests, headrests, handles, grips and furniture parts — density ~200 kg/m3, fast cycle.
PU-POLY1001A is a fully-formulated polyether-polyol system for self-skinning (integral-skin) polyurethane — reacted with PU-ISO115 isocyanate, it moulds parts with a tough leather-look outer skin over a low-density cellular core in a single shot. Ideal for chair armrests, headrests, handles & grips, steering wheels and furniture parts: good flow for crisp moulding, low density and a soft, comfortable hand feel.
