SPC-1031 is a two-component spray polyurea for waterproofing and protective coating. It cures in seconds on the surface to form a high-strength, high-elongation, seamless elastic membrane — the most advanced waterproof / anti-corrosion technology for large building structures, chemical infrastructure, water-conservancy works and tank linings, especially where exposure to chemically corrosive water demands durable, jointless protection.

Key Features
Seamless, jointless membrane Sprays into one continuous elastic film — no seams or laps to fail.
Fast-set, walk-on in minutes Gels in ~20 s and tack-free in ~40 s — rapid turnaround on site.
High strength & elongation 18–23 MPa tensile with 375–510% elongation bridges cracks and movement.
Chemical & abrasion resistant Withstands corrosive water, wear and impact for harsh-environment protection.
Waterproof & weatherproof Impervious at 0.4 MPa; flexible to −40 °C and stable after 2000 h ageing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Type I or Type II?Both gel in ~20 s and are impervious; Type II has higher tensile (23 MPa), elongation (510%) and lower-temperature flexibility (−40 °C) for the most demanding movement and cold service.
How is it applied?With heated plural-component (1:1) high-pressure spray equipment, at ~1.5–2.5 mm film (2–3 kg/m²).
Where is it used?Bridges, tunnels, roofs, secondary containment, tank linings, water-treatment and chemical plants, car-park decks and industrial floors.
Do you provide documentation & equipment?Yes — TDS, MSDS and COA, plus matched spray machines and application support. We reply within 24 hours.
