SPC-1006 (SKU: SPC-1006) is a fully formulated, fire-retardant rigid foam polyol developed for continuous- and discontinuous-line sandwich panel insulation. Mixed 1:1 with isocyanate (MDI), it delivers a high-density (≥ 42.9 kg/m³), low-conductivity (λ ≤ 0.02 W/(m·K)) core with strong compressive and flexural strength and a B-grade fire rating — engineered for cold-room, wall and roof panels with good adhesion to metal and non-metal facings.

Key Features
Fire-retardant core B-grade combustion rating with oxygen index ≥ 28 for safer insulated panels.
Low thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.02 W/(m·K) for energy-efficient cold-room, wall and roof panels.
High compressive & flexural strength ≥ 220 kPa compressive and ≥ 2450 KN/m² flexural for structural panels.
Strong facing adhesion Good flowability and even density with strong bond to metal and non-metal (MgO, OSB) facings.
Low water absorption ≤ 0.5 g/100m² with moisture permeance ≤ 3.34 NG/Pa·m·s and ≤ 1% dimensional change.
Customizable formulation Reactivity, density and fire rating tuned to your line. OEM/ODM supported.
Typical values tested by BlendPolyol, for reference only; not a binding specification.
Processing & How to Use
1
Condition Bring both components to a stable working temperature before mixing.
2
Mix Combine polyol and isocyanate (MDI) at 1:1 by weight, using high- or low-pressure equipment.
3
Apply Inject or spray into the panel line/mould at a coverage of 0.7–2.5 kg/m² onto the facing.
4
Cure & Demould Cure per panel thickness for a uniform, well-bonded, dimensionally stable core.
Packaging, Storage & Handling
Packaging Component A: 200 kg/iron drum; Component B (MDI): 250 kg/iron drum. 4 drums/pallet, 40 sets/20GP. Bulk on request.
Storage Store sealed in a cool, dry, ventilated area away from moisture. Shelf-life details available on request.
Handling & Safety Avoid eye/skin contact; wear safety glasses. Wash skin with soap and water; flush eyes with water and seek medical attention. Full MSDS on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
What fire rating does SPC-1006 reach?A B-grade combustion rating with an oxygen index of ≥ 28; the flame-retardant level can be adjusted to suit your market.
What is the mixing ratio and coverage?A simple 1:1 ratio by weight with isocyanate (MDI), at a typical coverage of 0.7–2.5 kg/m² depending on panel thickness.
Which facings can it bond to?It bonds well to metal face sheets and non-metallic facings such as MgO board and OSB, with good flowability and even density.
How does it compare to the SPC-10062 panel grades?SPC-1006 is a fire-retardant sandwich-panel grade; for a lower-density cyclopentane panel see SPC-10062-CP, or for a high-density structural grade see SPC-10062-W.
Can the formulation be customized?Yes. Reactivity, density and fire rating can be tuned to your line. OEM/ODM supported — request a TDS, MSDS and free sample; we reply within 24 hours.
