PU Foam Material for Shoe Soles & Insoles

A two-component MDI-based polyurethane foam system for moulding shoe soles, midsoles and insoles. The cured PU delivers light, cushioning comfort with lasting resilience, contouring to the foot for a supportive fit while staying breathable. A fast-cure system (about 48–52 s at 20 °C) at an A : B ratio of 1 : 4, suited to high-volume footwear moulding lines.
