SPC-10081 is a cyclopentane-blown rigid foam polyol for refrigerators, freezers and appliance insulation. Excellent flowability with even, low-thermal-conductivity foam (≤ 21 mW/m·K), ≥ 92% closed-cell and excellent low-temperature dimensional stability. Demould time 6–8 min; combined with MDI on manual or high-pressure lines.
SPC-10081 is a cyclopentane-blown rigid foam polyol system formulated specifically for refrigerators, freezers and appliance insulation. Combined with MDI, it delivers a low-thermal-conductivity, high-closed-cell foam core with excellent low-temperature dimensional stability — engineered for energy-efficient, dimensionally stable cabinet and door foaming on both manual and high-pressure lines.

Condition
Bring SPC-10081 and MDI to a material temperature of 20–25 °C; keep the mould at 35–40 °C.
Mix
Combine SPC-10081 : MDI at 100 : 136–145 pbw with 12–14 pbw cyclopentane, using low- or high-pressure foaming equipment.
Pour & Foam
Cream 8–16 s, gel 45–90 s, tack-free 80–120 s for even, well-distributed foam density.
Cure & Demould
Allow to cure in the mould; demould after about 6–8 min depending on foam thickness.
